The Anatomical Temple

The brain is housed between the temples and connects impulses from different parts of the body. The temporal lobe contains the hippocampus and plays a key role in the formation of long-term memory.
Temple (anatomy) indicates the side of the head behind the eyes. The temple overlies the temporal bone as well as overlying the sphenoid bone.
The central nervous system (CNS) is the part of the nervous system that integrates the information that it receives from, and coordinates the activity of, all parts of the bodies of bilaterian animals—that is, all multicellular animals except sponges and radially symmetric animals such as jellyfish. Hur många fler vuxen dagisar skall det få finnas för att uppnå en fullsysselsättning för de urbana människorna?

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att alla individer har sysselsättning, då är alla sysselsatta under en livstid. Man är då sysselsatt fysiskt eller mentalt i ett vaket tillstånd eller så drömmer man i ett tillstånd av REM sömn. Kroppen är sysselsatt med reparation av sina slitna kroppsdelar under sömnen.

Om med fullsysselsåttning menas att alla har sysselsättning under ett vaket tillstånd, då har alla något att göra åt någon annan eller några andra under en tredjedel av dygnets timmar och att alla har något att göra åt sig själv under den andra tredjedelen i ett vaket tillstånd. Den resterande tredjedelen av dygnet går åt att sova så att kroppen får återhämta sig från allt slitage i ett vaket tillstånd.

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att en nation får ett optimalt nominellt värde på BNP när sysselsättningsgraden är uppdelad mellan förvärvsarbetande och arbetslösa, har staten accepterat en arbetslöshet bland delar av populationen. I så fall är vinsten med en sådan fullsysselsättnings modell den delen av inkomsten som de arbetslösa måste avstå från sin ordinarielön och de indragna driftkostnaderna för en verksamhet som är nedlagd helt eller tillfälligt.

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att nationen skall sysselsättas med och kring ett antal heltidsanställda, ett antal visstids anställda, ett antal helt arbetslösa, ett antal sjukskrivna, ett antal pensionerad, ett antal fångar och ett antal att ha på flyktingförläggningar och resten på den svarta arbetsmarknaden; för att kunna redovisa en hög BNP, har staten accepterat en klassindelning med människor som har olika rättigheter och arbetsförmåga och därmed även olika inkomster, levadsstandard och livskvalité.

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att nationen skall endast avlöna de som medverkar till att ge hög avkastning, tillväxt eller vinst till ledningen; har staten accepterat ett nationalistiskt synsätt som belönar de som vill behålla ledningen och straffa de som vill få till stånd en ändring i systemet.

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att endast de som är friska och arbetsföra skall ingå i ett ekonomiskt system, i egenskap av produktionsmedel, har staten accepterat att de som inte är friska och arbetsföra skall avlägsnas från det ekonomiska systemet på ett lönsamt sätt.

Om med fullsysselsättning menas att en stor offentlig sektor skall skyffla papper för att ge arbete åt stadsborna i terapeutiskt eller annat syfte och kulturabetare skall få göra uttryck för och intryck i en död asfalts-betong och stenmurs stadsmiljö för att den skall se levande ut samt några så kallade politiker skall fylla ut kultur byggnaderna för att ha fler vuxna dagisar på stan kan även den öppna service och tjänstesektorn portionera ut föda till alla stadsborna för att slippa ett öppet tiggande på gatorna o s v. I så fall har staten accepterat en pseudoarbetsmarknad som passar de som kallar sig de nya arbetarna, verklighetens folk, entrepreneurerna, pedagogerna, sophanterarna, kriminalvårdarna, m fl i de kommande planerna för den framtida urban-humana civilisationen.

De övriga som medverkar till definitioner av fullsysselsättning figurerar i andra sammanhang.

Såväl Kommunism som Socialism har stöd i §§ 18, 19 och 20 av FN:s deklaration om de mänskliga rättigheterna som antogs 1948 av FN:s generalförsamling.

Socialistsymbolen: den röda stjärnan har givits många betydelser i olika färger, varav en där spetsarna representerar de fem fingrarna i en arbetares hand.

Även för en KSP såsom ett Kommunistiskt Socialistiskt Party ser samhällsutvecklingen att vara uppdelad i två stadier. I det första stadiet kommer det att krävas samma prestation av alla människor medan i det andra stadiet kommer prestationen av var och en efter förmåga att anpassas till var och en efter behov. Dessa två stadier betecknar det "socialistiska" respektive det "kommunistiska" stadiet. Ett tillstånd i samhällsutvecklingen där prestationsresultatet fördelas åt alla efter behov sker kontinuerligt och rättvist. De grundläggande ideal därav är jämlikhet och rättvisa.

En viktig princip för ekonomiskt orienterade socialister är lagen om avtagande marginalnytta. Det vill säga det samband som säger att när mängden av en vara ökar, så minskar användbarheten för varje enhet som läggs till. Även homosexuellas rättigheter försvaras av socialister. Där kan även tillämpas det ekonomiska sambandet om avtagande marginalnytta. När mängden av de homosexuellas festivaler och exponering ökar så kommer användbarheten av exponeringsvärdet vid festivalerna för varje ny festival att minska tills det blir så mättad att ingen kommer att bry sig längre om de homosexuellas behov av exponering. Samhället skall ha vant sig vid fenomenet efter alla principer av coping - en term som beskriver en persons eller en grupp människors förmåga att hantera stressfyllda och känslomässigt krävande situationer.

Även kommunism och socialism har en god tanke för att ge mänskligheten en chans i en rättvise stat. Inom högerfalangen accepterar man kapitalismen, men vill arbeta med att göra den mer funktionsduglig, genom att begränsa och balansera dess makt, och sätta in åtgärder där den misslyckas. På så vis vill man uppnå ett välfärdssamhälle.

Evaluating what life is all about, it all comes to understandning the role of the planet earth rotating all along on its axis and around the sun with a number of planets interrrelated by the gravitational forces. The life systems that thrive on the earth inhale air, absorb water and elements for embryonic plants to germinate in warm soil and photosynthesize all along. These earthly species, spend a minimal fraction of the time in the history of the earth and time to prey to survive. Each unique specie utlimately disintegrates into the minute particles of material earth.
Whatever may the earth ask of the living beings and what may the living beings ask of their host planet?
A growing majority of the humans live in cities and towns and communes spending time - asking for quality time.

So what is quality time and not only doing time, as when the politicians campaign for votes?
Humans are expected to run their own lives. Politicians have a desire to run the lives of not only the humans but also the animals and the plants. When the humans succeed in running their own lives, the politicians position themselves for jobs to make their living in an empty shell and a framework of policies.
It is an emotional drive, of getting carried away by feelings and passion, for individuals to desire to be decisive and take decisions for the leadership to announce and make public. As also in being functional in the method of decision making as in that matter of prestige, of rage or sympathy, perhaps not for having to carry it out but for the sake of authority and esteem and reputation.
As they do gradually, even politicians, discover the earth below their own feet to see that time flies, so to speak, and ending up seeking that quality time they have been promising the citizens at the price of tax reductions to compensate for all that quality time which the citizens have spent to make payment for the state consumption.
It must be in that equation to define benefit plans to guarantee a certain payout at retirement. As it depends on the premiums paid and the performance of investments in the various options at hand. To provide the citizens with a source of income for quality time, when they no longer have a regular income from employment, is not only a comfort for lacking a job; but also an acknowledgement of being a part of an organised civilisation. To calculate the “costs” for a defined contribution plan is a minor problem, but to calculate the yield for a beneficiary is quite impossible from a defined contribution plan.
Just as whatever the politicians may know about how and what to talk about, they will agree that promises are easy to make but not just as easy to fullfill.
Officially they will not consider many of the transfers to the government as taxes. Neither will they wish or admit, that they are bribes or extort money from blackmail or grand theft nor money for laundering in the states distillation apparatus to make payments from predefined benefit plans.
